In-Season Training:

Join us this spring & early summer for Hitting and/or Pitching, to keep your player's development on track during the baseball season.  Our curriculum is centered on building muscle memory through custom repetition, thus each player will get a lot of ​correct reps with every fundamentals class that are tailored to his or her individual ability.  Muscle memory is the key in helping each player translate what they learn in practice to the game field.

Hitting:
Mondays 4:30 pm; 5:30 pm at Chicago Sports Academy, 2930 N. Campbell
Advanced drills that teach and reinforce the most important fundamentals of hitting:
     - Proper load - separation and weight transfer
     - Swing components - hand/swing path, head discipline, back foot leverage, proper finish
     - Staying THRU the baseball
​     - Using the entire field & situational hitting

​Pitching:
Mondays 4:30
Players will learn body control in order to advance their catch play into proper pitching mechanics with the goal of increased control, command and velocity.  Grip work and fielding technique will be taught in order to help the player become a powerful presence on the field.
